“Self-Portrait” and “Study of Professor Dame Mary Beard” exhibiting at The Gallery, Holt.

Sally is delighted that her work will feature in “The Transience of Beauty” exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Gallery, Holt, in Norfolk. Her work will be featured alongside some of the UK’s leading portrait and figurative artists. The exhibition is on from 26th February until 5th April 2022. See more of the exhibition here.
“Nancy” and “Lockdown Self-Portrait” pre-selected for 2022 Royal Society of Portrait Painter’s annual exhibition

Sally was delighted to hear that two of her paintings have reached the final round of judging for this year’s Royal Society of Portrait Painters annual exhibition. Sally previously exhibited with the RP in 2019 and 2020. The results of this year’s competition will be available later in March.

King’s College School portrait commission
October 2021
Sally has been commissioned by King’s College School, Taunton, to paint headmaster Richard Biggs MA BSc. The painting will hang within the school and will be unveiled in July 2022. Sittings for the painting took place in October. During her stay, Sally was delighted to give a talk to 6th form art students about her journey to becoming an artist and her creative process.
